My husband is taking me to, Applebee's tonight and I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion on what I can eat? I need something that'll go down easy.

I think they have chicken tortilla soup.. which is high Protein, low cal...they also have some good lower calorie meals.. marked on the menu...

I'd look on the menu where it says "smaller menu items" they usually are low calorie and they do have a couple of yummy soups! :)

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
