Hi,

I'm new here and am wanting my band removed. Hoping to get some feed back about the whole ordeal. Surgery and all.

I'm sorry you're band didn't work out for you, for whatever reason. I wish you the best in whatever you end up doing.

Are you having complications or was it just the wrong surgery choice for you? Are you thinking about a revision to another surgery?

I'm tired of being sick in the morning. I have been dry heves for the last 31/2 weeks. Since easter. My surgeon keeps putting me off and says it's depression/anxiety. So today I'm going to see a different surgeon. Thanks for your reply.

I am so sorry. Have you thought of seeing another bariatric physician about the dry heaves first?

I'm going to see another dr. today. I've had an upper gi done but don't know the results of that yet. Today I should find out.

I hope they find out what's causing the dry heaves and that it's not band related so you can keep on your journey. How long have you been banded, and have you had much success?

Has your Dr given you anything for the depression? *hugs*
