At first I just told my family and my best friend. When I got my surgery date I started tell more people. I got some negative responses but I just told them I am doing this for me not for you. Either you are with me or againist me. Then I found out I had a co woker who had the lap band 5 years ago so that was a blessing! Whatever you decided to do I hope it works out. Remember you are doing this for yourself not for anyone else. Good luck to you.
