Something to think about?

I recently started really paying attention to the weight I have lost ( band in November 2012). I was in the store looking for Protein mix and saw all of those products that are suppose to help you lose weight, I laughed so hard thinking back on how a few years ago, I would have tried some of them. I have lost around 60 pounds in total. I never want to be in that situation where you try and find the magic pill/power,etc. weight loss is hard for some but changing your lifestyle is the key and for people like me the band is just the tool I needed.

I also took the easy path for many years and found you usually end up higher than when you started. The latest fad in my office is some kind of wrap you put on your legs for an hour and when soaked it pulls the toxins out of your body. My response is wouldn't it have been easier to stop putting them in?
