I hope you are learning that getting stuck, sliming and vomiting are not good with the band. Continuing this could cause real problems with your band. Please learn from this and either eat smaller bites slower or get a slight unfill. It is not worth having real problems down the road.

Oh I have definitely learned from my experience. I have yet to eat chicken again out of fear but I will one day. I have no issues with anything else but I am also doing as I should now. Taking my time, taking small small bites and chewing chewing chewing.

I was eating chicken and I didn't chew right, it got stuck and then came back up. I have never had this happen and I feel fine but I'm worried. What should I do?

Know your band is working which will only lead to success....and know this is all part of the learning curve and you just learned a big important lesson....

I would be more concerned, if after all this time, I never got stuck....as though there is no band at all and it was all a lie!
