forwardmomentum 3 Posted July 6, 2013 Congrats on your milestone!!!! I am happy for you. I'm going through changes and rolling with the punches too. I hope my family and friends can too. I have ups and downs, but to see someone else in my shoes too is comforting. I have lost 100 lbs in 6mos and facing friends and family lately was harder than losing the weight. I never prepared for the mental part of it all. I'm glad you shared your post, if just to help me realize why I did this to begin with. Good luck in the future, wish you well. 2 kazjim98 and SueBee01 reacted to this

carol285 145 Posted July 6, 2013 Awesome!!!! I recently passed the 100 lb milestone myself & know while it is an amazing feeling it can also be emotionally confusing at times too. I took a much slower road to the 100 lbs since life got complicated along the way. I lost 85 lbs quickly, then put back 20lbs but now have been heading down again and am up to losing 107.5lbs You are doing an amazing thing for yourself & believe me your head, body, heart & soul will all be on the same page before you know it! 2 kazjim98 and pinklily27 reacted to this
