Hi Amy! I would say a 42 pound loss is AWESOME! You are a lightweight, so it does take longer, but at this rate, you are going to have a nice loss at your one year anniversary! :D

Hi Amy,

WOW 42lbs. That's 42lbs. ahead of last year. As long as the scale is moving in the right direction, relax and enjoy the ride down!!!! You're going to look great for Christmas!!!

Hey Amy,

Just think of it this way - 42 lbs. is actually 168 sticks of butter melted off of you. That makes quite a puddle! I need to visualize things, and this helps me to cope with the slow weight loss.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
