Most filling foods

I get the most from my Protein. I do best if I don't eat something too soft as it just seems to slide right through and thats one of the things that has gotten me into trouble. A good grilled piece of chicken does the trick for me!

Any Protein like steak or chicken ,but my favorite snack is a little Peanut Butter on apple slices or a little oatmeal with milk and brown sugar .MMMMMMMMMMM !

Eating Protein for Breakfast keeps me full 'til later in the afternoon. I am staying away from Peanut Butter, but have found almond butter, what a treat! My new worst enemy!!

It's true higher the Protein the less hunger you feel and the lower food intake just happens :)
