solson8201 98 Posted July 5, 2013 I have been using MyFitnessPal for about a month now. I'm not disappointed with it really, but it bothers me that I can't set my daily Protein and carb levels. It also tells me everyday that I'm not eating enough. I know I can ignore that statement, but it's quite annoying and I feel like the app is scolding me. Lol! Does anyone use MyNetDiary? It looks like I can adjust my carb and protein levels as well as my calories. The app is $10, but it also looks like I can use it online for free. Any thoughts? Experience with both? 1 MonaLisa2 reacted to this
drehn88 251 Posted July 5, 2013 You can change your calories, Protein, etc. on MFP. Go to the "my home" tab and choose "goals". At the bottom click on "change goals". It will probably continue to scold you and say you are eating too few calories. I just ignore it. 3 Cwalband, pastor o and stept04 reacted to this
Cwalband 215 Posted July 5, 2013 I've use MFP for a while now and have had the same issue. I wish there was a way to customize it more to each person. I have not used the app you are talking about but what I have been doing is just the old fashioned way, writing it down. SO MUCH WORK! hahaha I wish someone savvy with computers would make an app just for people that have had WLS so it would work only for us. One day! Let us know if you get it and how it works! At least now one of my problems is solved :-) it may be easier to ignore the scolding now that I have it set to track what I want tracked :-) 2 MonaLisa2 and pastor o reacted to this
