ahendrickson 0 Posted July 4, 2013 My family and I will be traveling to upstate NY soon for vacation. Its about a 10 1/2 hour car ride. I was banded on June 25th so will just be starting the mushy stage when we go. I need help to know what to pack in the cooler. I plan on taking Protein Shakes and water....what else will I need?? stept04 465 Posted July 4, 2013 You could pack some yogurt, applesauce, fruit cups. Jello, pudding, deli meats, shredded cheese and your Protein shakes. I was able to eat this stuff on mushie phase so I'm going off of that. Hope this helps.
