What does your post op diet consist of?

I had surgery on Monday, so until this morning I was only in Clear liquids (broth, Water, crystal light, etc.)

This mining I started phase 2: Protein shakes, ff Greek yogurt, cream of wheat, sf/ff pudding, sf/ff Jello.

I was banded on the 7th how r u feeling ? I feel like the weight isn't coming off as quick as it was before and I'm feeling overwhelmed

I was banded on the 1st and so far I have lost 16 lbs. I think that is pretty good for a person my size. It all depends on how much weight you have to lose. How much have you lost? What have you been eating? Are you eating things with too much salt?
