Crayolaphoenix 24 Posted July 4, 2013 I may message you sometimes. I'm a little scared. I was always thin, until about 10 years ago (the story is on my profile). But.. I hate being fat. I want my body back!
g75funk 64 Posted July 4, 2013 I UNDERSTAND! e-mail anytime girl! i know the feeling! i live at the gym now. its my oasis! 1 Crayolaphoenix reacted to this
lellow 1,713 Posted July 4, 2013 You look great! I'm so not a gym person so I'm in a bit of awe of anyone who ends up living at the gym. Even now, most of my exercise is incidental! Do you lift?
g75funk 64 Posted July 5, 2013 I was a former athlete in my youth lol so the gym is natural for me, but you dont have to live at the gym for results. I had back surgery about 2 years ago and i was still at about 200lbs, i walked and thats all, i watched my food and I still lost the weight. I lift now and do a lot oif cardio and resistance training. 1 Crayolaphoenix reacted to this
lellow 1,713 Posted July 5, 2013 yeah I know, I lost all of my weight on a spin bike at home and a bicycle. Only time I ever went to a gym was when I went to visit my brother and he made me go with him. But I now I'm not looking to lose weight anymore, I want to try to reduce my body fat percentage so am looking at strength training, but it's hard to do when you're adverse to the gym! I'm considering getting home equipment to start off with.

They are pretty inexpensive and there are lots of YouTube workouts you can follow along to if you want it. 1 PrettyThick1 reacted to this
lellow 1,713 Posted July 6, 2013 Yeah I have those already and have used them in the past but am looking for something a little heavier than that now. 1 PrettyThick1 reacted to this

It gets to where it's nearly addictive. If you don't work out you feel "icky". I don't know. Maybe worth trying? 1 PrettyThick1 reacted to this
lellow 1,713 Posted July 6, 2013 Yeah I felt like that with my spinning too! Which is why I'm keen to start. The boyfriend and I spoke about it today and we're going to look at investing in a decent home gym to start with, and some free weights, and will see how we go. I'm having Lipo on Monday so it will be a few weeks before I can do any cardio exercise again, and a month or so before I can lift anyway. 2 PrettyThick1 and Crayolaphoenix reacted to this
