Telly 4 Posted July 27, 2006 It truly is incredible to walk into a bar-b-que party and have all eyes on you in disbelief. Mother-in-law saying "you look good Telly" and sister-in-law saying, "omG, dang girl, everytime I see you, you look smaller, I can't believe it". Family men checking me out, family women checking me out. Gotta love the band.

Jachut 487 Posted July 27, 2006 Aerobic 3 program on the treadmill - bursts of very fast running, with mammoth sadistic inclines - like 12 - groan. I was dripping sweat and almost vomiting by the time I finished, lol. Wasnt even the least bit sore from the circuit at the gym yesterday, whereas my Bella Strenght whips my ass so perhaps its better to stick with that. Free weights, boring as they are, seem to do a better job.
gunn4ya 0 Posted July 27, 2006 Did any of you notice when you first started your regular exercise routine you lost a lot of weight but then gained back a few pounds? Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
Tricia K. 0 Posted July 27, 2006 Did any of you notice when you first started your regular exercise routine you lost a lot of weight but then gained back a few pounds? Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?Yes, I noticed this and it's because you are building muscle, which weighs more than fat. It should eventually even out so that you're on the losing side again.
jenn28 0 Posted July 27, 2006 Good Morning Girls....... I feel YUCK! It's been 2 days since I have made it to the gym! Tuesday, I had someone working on my house all day and I couldn't leave and yesterday I was out of town from 6:00am - 9:00pm! I had all intention to hit the gym when I got home but I was exhausted! I don't know if you watch Reality TV, but I was at RockStar Supernova (Tommy Lee was trippin!!) and The ONE taping and danced my booty off! So...my workout yesterday insisted of lots of dancing and walking!! Today I will hit the gym for my normal cardio/strength workout! I leave tomorrow night for 8 days and I have checked in to a gym close by my hotel. I am going to Nationals in Owensborough, Kentucky for my club team. Not to exciting, so I am hoping to have lots of time to get my workouts in!! Keep me in your prayers, because I really need to stay on track with my workouts while I am gone!!!!!! Thanks girls for reading!!
