JMO 0 Posted June 24, 2006 1 hour of cross trainer. Wanted to strength train but to sore. I am making myself a 20 X 30 patio with stones in the back yard and my arms are killing me from leveling the ground with the shovel. That is an entire month where something has been legitimately wrong with me every single week, enough so that I've run no more than once or twice in any week. I reckon I'll need 2 or 3 more days before I'm fit to run again too, grumble grumble. Its having kids that's the problem, little grots spread disease with the greatest of ease.
