kareyquilts 1 Posted January 16, 2007 Okay, today I did a routine on a rebounder (mini-trampoline). I thought it would be fun. It was harder than any Water aerobics class I've taken. NowNotSoBigGuy 0 Posted February 3, 2007 650 cals in 1:05, all within safe heart rate zone thanks to my trusty Polar F11 fitness monitor. Back to Lifetime today and tomorrow for weekend workouts.
