marieforme 0 Posted July 29, 2006 I am 3 days post op and not up for it yet, but I was wondering when ya'll started exercising? I belong to a club so I can start slow and walk the track, but I was wondering about biking and maybe some light weight lifting? I'm ready to go!!! K-CEE 0 Posted July 30, 2006 I read an article today that said if you walk your dog 20 min a day 5 days a week you can lose an extra 14 pounds. I think I need to get a dog!:noidea: Just kidding. Jachut 487 Posted July 31, 2006 I ran 5km outside, ouchie ouchie - my ankles and knees are sore now. Its why I stick to the treadmill but boredom has been setting in lately.
