Jachut 487 Posted July 22, 2006 Groan, finally succumbed to the pressure of Victoria's first Krispy Kremes store. Ok, I ate one. They were handing out free glazed ones, hot off the press. Now I'll admit these are a different matter when they're hot and fresh than they are cold and sitting in a box. So - big run this arvo - 5kms at least and I want to do some weights too. divanita2006 0 Posted July 22, 2006 I have been doing cardio for the past two years, without losing much weight. I was banded on 6/22 and could not wait to exercise again. At my 3-week follow-up on 7/11, the doc gave me the "go-ahead" to resume exercise. So far, I've done (5x per week): 45 minutes of cardio (recumbent bike/elliptical) 15 minutes of dancing (hip-hop) It's a start. Yay!
