Jachut 487 Posted July 12, 2006 Treadmill got fixed today. So I did a 30 minute run on that and then 30 minutes of weights - I just made it up, I have a pretty good idea of my anatomy, what muscle groups respond to what exercises etc from my years as a physio student. So I just worked my chest, upper back and arms and did some ab work on the fitball.
juliegeraci 7 Posted July 12, 2006 This a.m. I am working with my new fitness trainer for the first time. I am really looking forward to it. I love to work out with a trainer. The fittest I ever was is when I worked out with a natural body builder. I am down another 2 lbs. Thanks for the info. Telly on how you treat your band. Yesterday I treated it like I had restriction and cut my meals in 1/2. It worked and I'm down from my plateau. The funny thing is that I wasn't really hungry. My first fill is Monday.
