I have not had any ice cream! I am going down to the pool with granddaughter. I will probably ride my bike and go for a moon lit walk with DH:eek:

06/23/2006 today sometime after hubbs gets home

5 minutes Treadmill, cardio warmup

Leg Curls - 15 reps, 3 sets

Leg Press - 15 reps, 3 sets

Abduction - 15 reps, 3 sets

Adduction - 15 reps, 3 sets

Calves - 15 reps, 3 sets

Squats - 15 reps, 3 sets

Lounges - 15 reps, 3 sets

Abdominal - 15 reps, 10 sets = 150

Cardio Workout

40 minutes on Arc Trainer - burned 600 calories

10 min treadmill run at 4.5 - 5.0mph (pheww this one will be a killer)

1 hour of cross trainer.

Wanted to strength train but to sore. I am making myself a 20 X 30 patio with stones in the back yard and my arms are killing me from leveling the ground with the shovel. Tomorrow I am laying the sand and plastice and starting the concret molds.

DH came home late due to traffic therefore I couldn't do the switch off with my DD.

Instead I will have this workout tomorrow and for tonight, I will run/jog 4 miles on my home treadmill and do 30 minutes pilates. Right... about..... now. See you all in a lil bit.

Oh yes, sex is a definate workout.

I did my 4 miles which is why im still awake :eek: Did pilates too. I finished my workout regimine for today just not in the time i wanted but i go to the gym in the morrow. Later folks.

ARGLE! I now have a nasty flu/head cold. That is an entire month where something has been legitimately wrong with me every single week, enough so that I've run no more than once or twice in any week.

I reckon I'll need 2 or 3 more days before I'm fit to run again too, grumble grumble.

Its having kids that's the problem, little grots spread disease with the greatest of ease. I never used to get sick before I had kids.

Been in the swimming pool all week long for hours on end with my family. Got red then brown and all muscles ache. LOVE IT!!
