It is exactly one week from today when I will be getting my band, and plication of my stomach. 1 week till I am banded, scary and nervous, but I need to focus on the great that could come out of this. Im having trouble outweighing the bad with the good..?

Everyone gets nervous. That means you are a normal living human being. You'll do fine. Out of all the surgeries that people can have this one is pretty minor in comparison. You'll love the weight loss and it is totally worth it. Good luck!
