Can you all find you eat more when you eat a salad? I usually just pick the Protein out

salad is a slider for me so I have to be careful about serving size.

Okay! I misunderstood! Eating the Protein first sounds right to me. I usually wouldn't have a salad--I would eat veggies like green Beans.< /p>

I agree with the slider issue. If I eat salad it is spinach and lots of Protein. Spinach is good for you, high in bit A. For some reason, I have been low in Vit A.

I do like Sweet Tomatoes because I can pick everything that goes on the salad. Thus, less lettuce more stuff!
