Nurse_B 270 Posted June 29, 2013 Good luck, I hope it goes by quickly for you! Bring whatever you use to help you fall asleep, like a book you are reading, it can help! 1 Marycusa29 reacted to this
Cwalband 215 Posted June 29, 2013 The place I did mine was amazing! Like a hotel, with Snacks and movie channels... but I didn't sleep well at night because I felt like they were watching me.. and I had 3042984093842 cords stuck everywhere! Some people said it was easy, but I guess I did sleep some because it came back saying I didn't have sleep apnea which was good! I'm excited for you and hope all goes well! 1 Marycusa29 reacted to this
labwalker 1,177 Posted June 29, 2013 Good luck! It is no big deal, except for the monitoring that needs to be done during the study! I must have had 1000 sticky monitoring points on me! The good news is that getting sleep apnea under treatment can help with weight loss. Untreated, sleep apnea can result in weight gain, which ends up causing more sleep apnea episodes. Treatment can break the cycle and help you lose weight. Good luck to you! 1 Marycusa29 reacted to this
