Roo13 5 Posted June 29, 2013 So, yesterday was one of those days. I was not hungry at all but found myself resorting back to the bad habit of mindless picking at food and Snacks all day yesterday. I was doing so good with the boredom eating up until yesterday. Now, today, I feel so guilty that I don't even want to eat anything. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

gowalking 10,790 Posted June 29, 2013 I find that when boredom grazing rears it's ugly head, it's time to do something to take your mind off eating. Take a walk, read a book, do a puzzle, knit, just do anything to focus on something other than food. I have to do that all the time to avoid that mindless eating. labwalker 1,177 Posted June 29, 2013 I had a bad week. Hit a plateau; and actually gained back a bit... left me feeling a bit down and I found I was cheating as a "defense mechanism." ADJL 685 Posted June 29, 2013 I was boredom eating nightly...so I upped my bedtime to curb it. It's hard to slough off old habits.
