If you think you need a smaller size, it's likely that you do. I didn't wear smaller sizes till I was about 45 lbs. down. Once I did though...everyone noticed the weight loss.

thank you Im proud of all of the sucess Thats awsome and I know what ya mean Im afraid to buy clothes for reason being I won't be the same size too long dropped sizes like crazy
