RwSample 17 Posted June 30, 2013 You should get clearance from doc for exercise, and I recommend a personal trainer. There are way more effective exervises than sit ups that are easier to perform. They still fatigue the ab muscles but don't strain the neck and back like a sit up. Even one month with a trainer to get you started would be a wonderful idea. Good luvk!!
