Still in pain and seem to still have gas

I had my surgery on Monday and I am still very sore and am still having problems with gas. It is not coming out causing pain at my stomach where the band is. Also wondering is it normal for where the port went in to be a little swollen

I am still having lots of gas pain too. Gothic of a lot of as this morning but it came back late in the afternoon. Everything I read says 4-6days of the gas pain. It's brutal!

im not having alot of gas pain just soreness and itching like crazy over the glue ....man this isn't easy

Im 9 days post op it does get.better. i took pain meds up until 2 days ago which was 1 week post op and had gas pain also the whole time, i think it got better when i moved onto full liquids also after 1 week, i was dying for yogurt. So just hang in there n give it a couple more days

I am glad to hear Im not the only one who had to refill their pain meds. I am day 7 post op right now. I was off pain meds for 2 days and thought I was going to die! I hope my body adjust soon and can eat full liquids. Im still on Clear Liquids only :/
