Trim Healthy Momma by Serene Allison &Pearl Barret has to be the most sensible, wekk balanced nutritional approach that I have ever seen. Wondering if any other bandsters are following THM & would like to hook up for ideas & support? There are several THM Facebook groups but none that are specifically for ( or that even mention, for that matter) bariatric surgery. I would rather discuss it on this forum than fb anyway. Anyone interested?
