Down 4 lbs and feeling great. Seeing the scale go down every morning helps me to keep going.

I'm on day three as well and was also down 4 lbs this morning. So excited.

I'm on day three as well and was also down 4 lbs this morning. So excited.

Today was really hard because the drug reps brought some yummy lunch and dessert but I didn't cheat.
