has anyone tried the "tea" or "juice" flavors that mix with Water?

I'm kind of interested, but super nervous and they don't have a small sample size for me to try, I have to go big or go home hahah

They are very good , I have tried 6 flavours and I can usually taste the whey in everything but not these the strawberry one was odd but the rest were very good right from their site if you are in the states they have a flavor sample pack you can order

I just saw the sample pack, but i'm a dumb dumb and wait until the last minute to go buy more, so I can't wait for shipping lol. I use the strawberry Mouse one now, and I enjoy it blended with nonfat and ice... but since summer is coming, I think i'll start stearing away from milk products, but I still need my Protein

where do you get these? I am interested in buying a box of all flavors to try them because I have a hard time 1 year out getting all my Protein in and I'm losing hair big time. Also how many calories does each have and is it like crystal lite, does it make 1 water bottle or a pitcher full? thx

you can just google Syntrax Nectar there are just so many sites to choose from and I think you can get them on Amazon as well, DO NOT put them in the blender all you will get is foam!, 1 pouch makes a Water bottle full nd I find most are like crystal lite :)

Day 4 and I used these the so foam up but if I let it set for a few minutes it all goes down . They aren't miracle drinks you do still get a little whey taste but these are by far the best ones I've had.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
