Fight against my menopause

Everyone knows menopause makes you gain weight. I'm doing everything in my power to fight against it but it's so hard. Salads are my friend and I've added hip hop abs to keep me moving. I wondered if I can do anything else any ideas ?

Keep your body moving-I use a fitbit to monitor the number of steps I take every day.

Also, I log everything I eat. It's working for me.
