CONGRATS!!!! Ive never been a medium in my life. Im exciting that I can fit *some larges* ... do you have any tips for success? Diet/exercise? Are you on Myfitnesspal?

I went shopping today and bought not only one but three medium tops and one medium dress!! I started at a 1x but probably should have been wearing a 2x.
