DebHas 27 Posted June 25, 2013 I was banded on 5/14/13. I am down 29#. I went in for my first fill and my doctor thought I was doing good and didn't need a fill. I do feel restriction. I am eating 4 small meals throughout the day and am feeling full. I guess it is a good thing that I dont need a fill. I have started to work with a personal trainer and doing cardio atleast 4 days per week.
