My surgery is scheduled for july 31st. I am sooo nervous but excited to start losing some real weight. I have to start the liquid diet in a few weeks. Anyone have any recommendations on good tasting fulling Protein Shakes?

I only used Protein shakes for the first 2 weeks... I really like the ones from costco.

I liked the EAS Advantage - Rich Dark chocolate (carb control) drink (110 Cal 17g protein)- Walmart $4.99/4 drinks. There are other flavors as well, the strawberry was OK, I have not tried the vanilla yet.

I use EAS 100% whey 26 grams of Protein. I like the chocolate. My dietitian recommended this brand.

Vanilla and chocolate are good. EAS even has a strawberry but havent tried it. It taste great.
