stopped smoking and gained weight

Hi feeling very nervous had lapband Oct 2010 was 116kgs went down to 55kgs last August since then I have given up smoking yeah! Problem is my appetite is back and I'm now up to 73 kgs I've had more fills then they said it was too tight so had some saline taken out. I'm out of control I'm back to just eating veggies and constantly worrying about what I'm eating and its easy to eat bread which in the past has been very difficult has any one gone or is going through the same situation
