deleteme 176 Posted June 23, 2013 I am gonna follow you. Please do the same for me. We will encourage one another. One day at a time. You arent alone nor am I. Thanks for the reminder Now I am gonna go for a walk because I live in Arizona and its only 7:40am....I am hoping it is under 100 degrees. Chemicalruth, I am also in Arizona. I had my kids unfold my treadmill so I can walk today. I abhor the heat! Everyone else - thank you for your kind, encouraging words! I feel best in the mornings and my attitude dwindles as the day goes forward. I finally took some pictures today so I can watch my progress.
BigOBoy123 67 Posted June 23, 2013 I had my surgery the 21st too. I am finally over the gas pains and now I'm just dealing with the pain from the actual surgery. It is very tolerable but aggravating when moving at all. I had the OMG moment yesterday myself but I'm a lot better today. I look forward to the weight loss. 1 LessLee reacted to this
makemeova36 23 Posted June 23, 2013 I had my surgery 5/30/13. Since then I have been in the E.R., had my port site get infected with a hematoma. It is still healing and just Thursday I started getting horrible pains in stomach area. So yes I have questioned my decision to do this to myself. I am only 3 weeks in and I am going through it big time. However, I keep telling myself once this is all over with I'll be even stronger. I get down some days but I always remember I did this for a reason. Good luck!! 1 LessLee reacted to this
