GuyMontag 1,264 Posted June 22, 2013 Hi all, I want to move out of the Midwest to a warmer climate. I'd like an area with good jobs, Water, and nice beaches. Thoughts?

stept04 465 Posted June 22, 2013 Texas, but I'm probably bias. They do have the lowest unemployment rate in the states. Traffic is a nightmare, but I'm in north Fort Worth. I don't know what it is like near the beaches. Summer's are hot, but we have had some mild winters lately. Has some of the best medical too. I guess you would be needing a bariactric doc? ~~~Stephanie 3 ☠carolinagirl☠, Maddysgram and KAATNS reacted to this
Sharpie 3,306 Posted June 22, 2013 Florida has the best beaches and warm weather for sure... no state income tax and our employment rate is 2nd highest in the U.S. 5 Maddysgram, kll724, parisshel and 2 others reacted to this
SueBee01 630 Posted June 22, 2013 I have lived in NC, S FL and now N FL. I love the beaches in S FL, but hate the traffic. I love it here in Jacksonville, beaches are nice, the weather is good and don't mind the traffic. It is a big city with a small town feel. My husband and I am from the Midwest too. Find the job first! We also loved the mountains in NC, but with jobs the way they are these days I would be more worried about that! 2 stept04 and ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
