Noki124 36 Posted June 21, 2013 I had surgery 5/21/13 - feeling great and want to start working out. I don't see my surgeon again until 7/5. My question is when is it ok to start working out and do you think using the Ab Circle Pro machine would be ok?

My question is when is it ok to start working out and do you think using the Ab Circle Pro machine would be ok? I would wait until you talk with your surgeon until doing any ab exercise. My still says no abs and I am a year out... of course I am a very bad listener and still do them... oops! Just start small with leg lifts and walking/ slow jogging until he gives you the all clear.
