Hi, im waiting to get banded in Dec since I have to wait out the six months for my insurance. However, i love reading everyones success stories. Would any of you like to share before and after pictures? Seeing before and after pictures gives me inspiration!! Thank you!

Funny as I just posted progress pics earlier this evening ... I am 6 months out and 1/2 way there but this is the 6 month mark for me. Make sure you take pics monthly so you can see the difference and enjoy the journey

Should also add that I RAN a 3.5 mile race last week too!! This will be the BEST decision you ever made for yourself!

I am one year out down from 215 to 145! 20 more pounds to go but only 5 pounds away from my doctors goal!
