krzy4vt 109 Posted June 20, 2013 So I went for my 6mnth post op 2weeks ago and was happy losing 67lbs so far. They gv me a fill and everything went well. I haven't changed much from what I have been doing since its working except I added another day of working out. The problem is now I hv gained 2lbs! That makes me nervous since I have battle weight all my life. Anybody else have this happen after a fill or working out?
CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted June 20, 2013 My weight fluctuates up and down 4-5 pounds all the time. Keep doing the right things and the scale will catch up!
andrealeigh2116 4 Posted June 20, 2013 Absolutely! When you work out your body retains Fluid to repair the muscle. I always try to weigh-in after a "rest" day. Also, I can retain several pounds of Fluid depend ding on my cycle. HTH!
GuyMontag 1,264 Posted June 20, 2013 If you are sensitive to seeing the weight go up and down a little you might want to invest in a scale that will measure body fat percentage. I think it's a better indication of weight loss success. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
