EJRN 79 Posted June 20, 2013 Hello Friends. Just thought I'd share a NSV!! I set a personal goal to loose 10 pounds before my liquid diet. I lost 8. Since being on my pre op diet I've lost 8....here's the NSV.... I was asked today if I've already had surgery!
