We often wonder where we go wrong with losing weight, the golden to to losing weight is holding yourself accountable, if you bite it, write it, if you write down everything you eat, you can see where you are going wrong, or have someone else review it and they can tell you where you are going wrong :-)

You are so right on this. When I first got my band I kept a food journal. I recorded everything I ate, how I felt when I ate it, what was going on in my life, etc... From that journal I figured out my trigger points/foods and It has helped me manage my eating since.

I write everything! It has helped me maintain ever AFTER having the band removed in August 2011!!
