Jaclyn99 0 Posted June 13, 2013 Hi, I was banded on 4/30/13 and since surgery I have lots of gas. I think its from the Celebrate Vitamins, does anyone take an different band of Vitamins without the gas issue?
DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted June 13, 2013 Are you on a high protein/low carb diet? If so, that's likely your culprit rather than the Vitamins.< /p> 1 stept04 reacted to this

Is a high protien/lo carb diet what you would recommend for postop? Im just curious.. I am soaking up as much info from here as I can... Also on the Vitamins I dont know much about brands and/or gas problems... but I do know as for prices I find Vitacost.com to be the best!

But I don't do the whole low carb thing. In fact, I don't restrict carbs at all, I just make sure the ones I have are healthy.

Sojourner 2,446 Posted June 13, 2013 I have used the Celebrate brand Vitamins since my pre op diet began. I've never had any difficulties with them at all.
Wanna-Be-Healthy 46 Posted June 13, 2013 Are you on a high protein/low carb diet? If so, that's likely your culprit rather than the Vitamins. I am finding that while my surgery gas has subsided, everytime I have anything to drink (still on full liquids) I get the shoulder gas pain. It then goes away in about an hour. Is this normal?
