tkauhi 90 Posted June 12, 2013 I'd like to ask, how many times were you required (by your insurance co) to visit with the dietitian ? I finished my 6 month Dr supervised diet but he only had me meet with the dietitian once at the beginning of the 6 months to be placed in a diet. I understand the surgeon has one on their team but during the 6 months how many visits were required to get approved?
EJRN 79 Posted June 12, 2013 For me, once and it's not a private visit. The RD does a seminar but you get a binder with amazing information!!!

tkauhi 90 Posted June 12, 2013 Thank you everyone for your input. My next step is to go to the seminar on July 13th at that point I fill out all the required paperwork required by the clinic then if they say I qualify they will schedule me at the clinic... I guess every place has a different routine.
