OMG....this sh*t is killing me, my scale been broken for over a week. now. I've been going HARD at the gym and alright on my food intake could be better but not way outta control. And don't know if i've gained/loss any weight, but ima try and get a new one this week...I have my fingers crossed

try on a pair of britches that are too small and see how they feel

if kinda loose or some more roomy. then you are doing good

Love this idea! And take measurements...until you get a scale they will help you know inches lost!
