Diet reccomendations?

I haven't been to the gym very much in the past 3-3.5 weeks because I'm having some pretty serious hip problems that I'm going to see an orthopedist for soon. But I want to be able to at least maintain my weight while I'm going through all of this, which means I need to alter my diet a bit. Does anyone have any tips for a diet to help maintain?

Just low calorie, band friendly diet should work.

I eat 1200 calories a day, high Protein (60-70g) low carb diet. I have followed this throughout my loosing weight as well as maintaining for the last 6 months.

You especially want to watch your carbs if you are not working out. Lean Protein, fruits and green, red and purple veggies (avoid starchy veggies)

lean Proteins

fresh veggies/fruit

no processed/boxed items

drink alot

and dont take in more calories than you can burn off (otherwise you could gain)

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
