I had my daughter 8 weeks ago and I'm finding the weight lose really slow did anyone else feel the same way

Congrats on your baby girl!!! Are you breastfeeding by chance? Breastfeeding helps get weight off faster, but if not that's perfectly OK! Give yourself time and credit, you just had a baby. Enjoy that sweet blessing and you got that weight off once, you can do it again :) Good luck!!
