I ended the food festival on monday. Wow that was only yesterday? !! I do feel better about myself, like I have put on my "face of determination". I stand taller and feel more confident. Funny since it has been only one trip to the gym and two days of tracking foods! I tried the free website with coordinated phone appfrom my fitnesspal.com. I really like it. You can scan you lunch w your phone to easily log items not in database. I drank my last diet soda on hand and will not stock more at home. When ice cream is gone it is gone for good. I'm really getting ready! But have to wait whole summer
