How do you tell u need a fill !!!!

I am getting starving between meals all the sudden ! See my surgon this month ! Have not had a fil in over a year

That's it. When a meal doesn't keep you satisfied for at least 3-4 hrs, it might be time for a fill.

Since its been a year, it is time to see your Dr.

Try increasing your Protein, until you see your Dr. That might help between meals.

normal Satiety should last 4-5 hrs? between meals If your STARVING before that you probably need a fill. But of course ask your Doctor. ;)

Make sure you are following the nutritional guidelines recommended by the nutritionist. What you eat can control hunger between meals.
