Suzanne02780 12 Posted June 10, 2013 Starting my pre-op diet tomorrow. Have to admit I'm pretty scared. I am I have no clue what to expect. I know that I have to replace two meals with Protein Drinks , have to Protein Snacks, one sensible meal, and if get hungry at night, I can have more shake. How has it been for everyone else? Sonjamharris 1 Posted June 16, 2013 My surgery is June 25th and like some of the other people on here I am not allowed many choices. I have to be on liquids for 10 days. I used to sit up in the ICU waiting room and drink my shakes, away from the cafeteria and food! I told GW that two week diet shows you what you're dr of! mom2dle 7 Posted June 29, 2013 I am also 4 days post opp. Trying gentle walking and tasks and still taking pain meds for soreness. A little confused about clear liquid.
