wyldvelia 0 Posted May 2, 2006 TRYING TO GAGE THIS RESTRICTION; IM THINKING IM CHEWING REALLY WELL (im sure i am); IM THINKING IM WATING BETWEEN BITES; ARG... THE FEELING THAT SOMETHING IS STUCK IN MY ESOPHAGUS OR UPPER TUMMY, LIKE NOT EVEN TO THE STOMA... WHEW. RECKON I'LL HAVE "rethink" EATING. I REALLY THOUGHT I WAS PRACTICING REALLY WELL. barbara465 2 Posted May 2, 2006 I've read on here that some go on liquids or mushies for a few days after a fill. They also say that after a few days if you can't get liquids down then you might have to return to have some of the fill taken out. wyldvelia 0 Posted May 3, 2006 You know, i had heard read that several times too, from other threads, but the nurse that did the fill was like adamant that no more soft foods, no liquid calories, three meals.
